About KVD Player Agency

KVD Player Agency is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, and is owned and operated by Tania and Ken Van Deyck, both of whom are FIFA Licensed Agents. They created the agency together and take pride in providing a personal, family-oriented approach to their clients. KVD Player Agency has completed transfers in numerous markets including Belgium, UK, Switzerland, MLS, Russia, Turkey, Israel, and many others, and is constantly building on their international network in order to provide a broad range of opportunities to their clients.

Ken Van Deyck


Prior to establishing KVD Player Agency, Ken Van Deyck worked as Sports Director, developing and promoting a global boxing league where he signed and transferred over 200 boxers from around the world to franchises in Europe, North and South America and Asia. He also negotiated contracts, managed franchises, provided team services and led Athletes’ Commissions aimed at ensuring the favourable treatment of athletes. In all capacities, he has enjoyed working closely with junior athletes through to Olympic champions and takes pride in representing all levels with the same respect he received as an athlete himself.

Born in Belgium, Ken is a former semi-professional tennis player, previously ranking in the top 70 of Switzerland and top 100 of Belgium. He obtained a double-masters in Commercial Engineering, Finance and Economics from the Solvay Business School in Belgium, followed by a Masters of Sports and Business Administration from the EPFL in Switzerland. He is fluent in English, French, Dutch and Spanish, speaks conversational German, and counts cycling and skiing amongst his favourite activities.

Tania Van Deyck


Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Tania Van Deyck has been based in Europe for over 12 years. Before football, she worked in real estate, managing global marketing campaigns for marina, ski and island developments in Europe, North America and the Indian Ocean. In her roles, she was responsible for business development, PR, contract negotiations, sponsorship, social media and more. Prior to real estate, she worked in sports management, developing programs and events for athletes with disabilities and enjoyed being part of several initiatives established as part of the lead up to the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Before settling in Switzerland, Tania lived in Montenegro, Spain, France and the Netherlands. In addition to her degrees in International Relations from the University of British Columbia in Canada and l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques in France, she holds a Performer’s Degree with First Class Honours in Piano from the Royal Conservatory of Music. When not watching football, you will likely find her on her skis in the mountains, on a mat in a hot yoga studio or supporting her NHL team, the Vancouver Canucks.
